I forgot to state in the rules that franchise history is allowed. Thanks for the reminder pumped!
It's the same team just the name of the city changed in 2001 because of a forced merger between the cities

But there are ssome franchises that were relocated but I don't know the history of those

If we have trouble filling the league I will definitely consider it.

I'm also looking at some combo teams like Washington State: Everett, Seattle, Spokane, and Tri-Cities.

Darn, I seem to remember using Red Deer in this them several years ago.

Boston College would be a pretty sweet team! If we have trouble filling I'll definitely consider allowing college teams.
