yes there are one which is the double season progressive league has an upcoming draft and there may be an opening. seapilots runs the league and can give you more information.

There are lots of progs, but openings are hard to come by. There’s actually one posted in this forum (about 5 threads down) from benhoidal with openings

What is a "double season" progressive league, and why is it necessary?
I assume because there are not enough teams in one season to fill up 24 teams?

It's double year combined into one season.
2001-02/2021-22 for example.
I would enjoy smaller leagues also.
Maybe in 2035 or 2525?
