I find it helpful to do research before I am on the clock. Perhaps coming up with a 3 person shortlist when you are 3 away or in the hole would be a good time to do the research. Heck, I think I might I do research constantly throughout these drafts. Let me know if you would like me to share a spreadsheet with names and some stats to assist in the research process.
