Website issues?? Topic

Anyone else having issues with the site? I can use the forms just fine, but team center, manager’s office, sitemail, all gets error message not able to connect to server.

I’ve tried all the usual fixes of clearing cookies, restarting browser, updating browser, different browser etc

My little mail icon keeps lighting up red, presumably to tell me I have a new site mail, which I don't.

There has been some feedback about that and I understand why and it's annoyance. I am going to make another update to only show the red dot if you have a sitemail that is unread since your last read sitemail. This will fix that issue and make it so that if you see the red dot you know you have unread sitemails.

It is also worth noting that it only checks once every 5 minutes so things may be a bit behind but 5 mins is a good balance I think.

I am unable to go to the Team Center. Started having issues late last night, but then it started working again. Have not been able to access my teams since I woke up today. Tried on different devices and different browsers.

As soon as I posted, it started working again. It's very slow, taking 30-60 seconds (or longer) just to go into each team. Very frustrating.

It's been intermittent - it'll work for 10 minutes and then stop again. Guessing there's some back end stuff going on

I sent a ticket and got the response I expected. Clear cache, delete cookies, etc. I did all of that. Still getting the same error. There must be other that are having similar issues.

Same here....although it is working slightly better right now. Did all the little errands that we're told to do last night and it did no good.

Sometimes the site just goes down, which occasionally overlaps with my lunch break so that’s annoying. It has nothing to do with the cache and cookies
