Well, I was really hoping to get either 2012 or 1982 Angels. It's like everybody has the exact same rankings as me. Since there's a big drop-off after those three Angels seasons, I'll switch franchises and go with...

2007 New York Mets

They have a very similar to the 2008 roster except Tom Glavine, Jeff Kent and Paul LoDuca / Sandy Alomar Jr. replace Johan Santana, David Murphy and Brian Schneider.

Well, I don't really want to go in a division with Bill_James47 and schwarze's 2007-08 squads, but this seems like the best option left so what the heck

I don't actually think schwarze gets Jeff Kent so the 06 and 07 teams are nearly identical, though he does get Moises Alou

2006 Mets

And I'm gonna try to get as far away from all of those other Mets teams as is practicable, although it would take a ball going through someone's legs for this team to win the World Series. AKA the team I hated so much that they made me root for the Red Sox for a few days...
