Time to post the DESIGNATED SCRUBS! For you new guys, there will be four Designated Scrubs that you can use from this list below, IF YOU CHOOSE TO. If you feel you have more than enough minutes, and don't want to bother drafting any players over the last round or even two, these are the guys you may use to fill out your roster. They CAN play in games, but will be so bad, they will hurt you more than help you if they do. That being said, here are this seasons designated scrubs (you may use 1, 2, 3, all four or NONE):

SG/SF 95-96 Jeff Malone
SF/PF 95-96 Lou Roe
PF/C 95-96 Danny Schayes



Anyone using scrubs must post your intention at any time between now and the end of the draft. You can make 9th round picks and THEN say "using scrubs for round ten" or post now and say "Using scrubs the rest of the way" or whenever. Or just keep drafting players

Remember to pick 2 players when we make it to the 9th Round

Thanks! I almost picked Bibby in the 5th over Baron Davis. I think people were scared of his eFG but 49.5 isn’t bad for this era, but his FT% and TO% really prop up his efficiency. Big picture is a pretty good player.

Mike Bibby is one of my favorite players of all time, considering I used to coach him on AAU teams back when he was in 8th grade! Then when he got older he'd bring some of his Shadow Mountain high school teammates over to scrimmage my 8th graders and we'd hold our own! Of course that's the year that 9 of my 12 eighth graders could dunk and one of the ones who couldn't (starting pg) made 1st team all AAU that year. Our only loss that entire summer was to New York Riverside Church by 2 and we had a 3 that rimmed out at the buzzer. My team that had Bibby on it a couple of years before was good too. Known him a long time. Nice pick dBKC.
