In this one, you have 100M to spend on players from 1950-1979, but at least 55M of that must go to pitchers. And new addition: one roster spot must go to the late Octavio Dotel, who tragically died on April 8th when a nightclub roof collapsed in his home country (Domincan Republic). Yes, Octavio is outside the range of years. Parks must be from 1950-1979, plus both negative for homers (for lefties and righties) and with a park factor below 1. No signups, just enter a squad!

Note that former MLB-er Tony Blanco also died in that tragedy. He has one season only in WIS, 2005 batter for the Nats, his salary is a hair over 200K. You may roster him too if you like.
