I Sitemailed him the same question so I'll save him having to type the same response:

"after you choose your roster, you'll have the option to pick 4 position players and 2 pitchers to stash in AAA. They are below average so the max salary for position players will be a little less than 1.5 million and for pitchers it's a little less than 1 million. During the season, you can move them up and back to AAA until the end of season. The deadline for transactions will be really late. Does that explain it enough?"

Hey everyone this is a Fantastic league lineup changes and get a real feel for this low cap league, if you have not tried this league come on in. We need you hi-rollers. Try this great game.......back to the top.

great group of owners usually too. The fun of this league is strategizing to have the right number of ABs and IPs and having the right guys in AAA to move up and down from the big league team. It's more than a set it and forget it league.

Low budget baseball sounds like fun to me. Maybe, we can stick a fork in some chicken rumps and get this League going in 2025
