I won my first TOC in 2008. I've made the TOC probably 20 times since then, but never made it out of the 2nd round at best. I took about 18 months off and came back fairly recently and bought a 6 pack. I put one of those teams in an open league. My team got hot in the playoffs and won my first league title in about 4 1/2 years. My lack of historical TOC success tempered my expectations, but I kept finding ways to win series. In the championship series, I found myself down 3 games to 1, and losing hope. But in games 5,6,&7, I won 1-0, 2-0, and 5-0, to claim my first TOC title in almost 17 years! I may never win a TOC series ever again, but I'll always remember this one.
