When the last place team throws the dodgeball at a specific player, does he get the player? The owner whose tram gets hit throws it at someone else. Does the ball get thrown by the new owner who gets hit? When does the throwing at teams stop? When does it restart?
The team that is hit can replace the player " with any player they like"; from the waiver wire only? 'they have the ability to throw the dodgeball at anyone else except for the person who threw it at them." Even in their own division?
Sorry, I'm a bit confused.
