I think it could be a unique dynamic to have a coach prestige that increases and decreases like program prestige and instead of long time coach players can have preferences for a type of coach even if they switch programs. Think about a good coach moving from one program to another, they can still pull in great recruits because of their prestige(so to speak) their knowledge in real life.
