I think I'm relatively safe to choose my second team now. If my calculations are correct, 18 chosen teams have been announced, and 10 of them are from before my 1983 team. Therefore, if I choose a team before 1983, as long as at least one of the other 5 is before 1983 then my teams will be in separate leagues. I'll gamble that this happens and take as my second team:
