What impact does the coach's reputation rating have on recruiting? I've got a bunch of SIM signees that I'd like to nix but worried about doing harm to reputation rating if it may hinder recruiting.

From my experience and what I have been told on here, you only want to cut 3 Scholly's per season so as not to lose that Rep. I have never had a bad enough rep to know how it affects recruiting if it is low.

3 is the most you can cut. I would cut them and not worry about it.
