Here it goes. Pick 1 year of any of the seasons of WIS. You will draft from 2 AL and 2 NL teams. Max players from any team are 7. You can have 7 from 3 teams and 4 from the other if you want, just don't exceed 7 from any 1 team. You can twist to any season of a player you draft. You get $130 million. Yes to DH, no to trades, injuries and WW. Everyone plays in WIS stadium. Thinking a 16-team league, but if the response is sufficient, I am open to try for 24. Did I leave anything out? Is anyone interested? Want to get this up and running by December 31.
