Simple theme: Every player on your roster must have their last name start with the same letter. Pick M if you want homers galore with McGwire, Mantle, and Maris. Pick H if you want to drive opposing catchers crazy with Henderson and Hamilton. Etc. etc.

The only team that can have more than one letter is if you go with the Lesser-Used Letters, for which you can pick any player whose last name starts with I, U, V, X, Y, or Z.

$100 million cap. NO AAA, WW, DH, clones, trades, or injuries. Pick any ballpark you like.
