I would like to join. One question, the 3 utility with NO more than 500 ab. Does that mean no more than 3 batters at all with more than 500 ab/pa? at the 8 starting positions which cover C; IF and OF?

Or does it mean 3 guys in the "literal" actual utility slots (i.e bench spots) can have no more than 500 PA/AB?

From Page 1: Owners are Limited to Three (3) Utility Players with 500 PA or More ... This is not a Limit on how many Utility Year Players there are --- Just not more than 3 with 500 PA

You may choose 3 Utility Players with 500 or More PA As Starters at Catcher thru OF (1-8 Slots) .... And have 1 or more Utility Players on the Bench or starting with 499 PA or Less --- as long as there are 20 Games Played by someone at each Position for your Random Years

I think that answers your question

A 2025 Player is an Option I might use half the time ... According to needs
