Here it is: the most majestic of WIS leagues...the 40M league! If you've never done one, give it a shot. There is a lot more strategy both in drafting the team and managing it when compared to a "Stuff all the best players you can on your roster in this 255M league!" You will have to play with fatigues hitters, fatigued pitchers, or both. How you manage that is up to you!

No exclusive players will be chosen (this is a break from the last incarnation of the league)
I'm also going to change the blacklisting a bit. I believe before it was if a player appears on two or more rosters, they are blacklisted for the next two seasons. I will keep that but with a slight change. For each team over two a player appears on, the blacklist is extended an extra year. They are blacklisted for four seasons if they are on four times, five seasons for five teams, etc. I don't think this will make a huge difference but it just seemed like a potentially interesting twist.

The plan is to make this a 24 team league, but if it is slow to fill (as these leagues often strangely are, we can discuss reducing the league size). Season 1 was 16 teams, but we are hoping for some new faces.

League number will be posted when 12 people sign up (at that point I will also choose my stadium)

No, I am a little premature. Turns out you can't start a new season of a league if the previous version is not yet in the playoffs. We are currently on game 133, so look for a league number sometime the weekend of the 24th (give or take a day)
