If you are new to SIM Football or been away from it for awhile, I'd suggest to take a school with a solid QB. Its easier to build around that QB and then find 1 player to rep a good Defense. You will likely find enough playmakers for RB, WR, TE to be very competitive with those other items in place.

This is by far the best tool for creating these rosters. Just select a college and you can see every player who played in the NFL from that school.
