Your roster consists of all alumni from your school using stats from their NFL career. You pick all roster spots to meet the salary cap. Whatever year you want of Eddie George paired with CJ Stroud and Chris Spielman and a Lions Def to rep the Buckeyes. Or Stafford with Herschel and Champ Bailey leading the Dawgs. Mahomes and Wes Welker at TT. Aaron Rodgers and Keenan Allen, all the leaves are brown and the sky is gray in Berkeley! Whoa, Nelly! Lots of suggestions above too.

If you are new to SIM Football or been away from it for awhile, I'd suggest to take a school with a solid QB. Its easier to build around that QB and then find 1 player to rep a good Defense. You will likely find enough playmakers for RB, WR, TE to be very competitive with those other items in place.
