We need someone for our Philly Franchise. We started this league in 1920. We have many good owners and usually low turnover. We have 20 teams and pretty standard progressive rules. We do a tiered win floor to help stop tanking. DH in AL. We will just did the 1985 draft and about to start 1986. This team does not have a first in 1986 as they traded it for Morris.
