There are several ways to generate such rosters, most of which are WRONG for this league. Please do NOT assume you have a player except for the ones on my linked list. The correct way is to tell WIS to populate the entire team into a blank team entry. My spreadsheet will list the approved rosters for each team, using the approved method. It will also have them for each owner, once Rounds 1-4 are complete..
