My two cents as a first timer- the draft set-up is fine. Obviously recognize the potential advantage of waiting, each person can just weigh that as one of the many strategies at play. I'm impatient by nature so will probably pick when I can--but different strokes for different folks.

I agree. I would only wait if there were, say, two or three options from one franchise and I needed to see which one I got.
