Also I Noticed for Instance that 1989 does not have a Catcher with more than 509 PA So I Might Have a Platoon of Two Catchers With the Utility Position Player Year as the Starting Catcher

I Looked at Several Years to See What Would Be Available for the 3 OutFielders Department But at This Salary Cap it Seems Like There is an OverAbundance ... But as ejstockman asked you will be able to use an OutFielder or Any Other Position From the #7 Utility Position Players With More PA/162 Than the Primary Year
