Honestly, I could be wrong, but I think I built the best Cal Bears team possible..... I also think I can tinker with Bama (That's means a new RB crew & the current RBs did well for me, but still) and get a better D & better O-Line, although the current O-Line performed well (gave up too many sack compared to rating is a complaint).

Running it back with Cal seemed kinda boring and not a mental challenge (not saying repeating wouldn't be a challenge, it would, but I like the challenge of building a better roster & Bama gives me that opportunity)

Sitemail sent to owners on remaining schools not claimed or dropped as of yet. We have another week and we'll know the fate of Oklahoma, Cincinnati, Arizona, and Michigan. And who will be selecting a school from the current owners on March 11th. The unknown element are any newbies swooping in on school selection day. I have a nervous laugh right now.

Probably the perfect time to move over to the Alums II theme league page. Everyone please post in the Alums II forum in SF theme leagues (not here in the classifieds) with your 5 reps. The school selections on the 11th and 16th will be there too. I’ll change the forum listings as such.

Today (Wednesday) at 6pm ET, we are open for school selections. First post is awarded the selection if we have people wanting the same school. No 558 or 559pm ET timestamp will be legitimate.

Please post in the "Alums II Selections made here" forum. 9 spots are available for new owners. This window is open until this Sunday at 1159pm ET.

The founding owners have a guaranteed spot, but those returning owners without a keeper school may be claiming early as well.

Additional promotions for Alums II:

- new owner with the best regular season record

- owner with best regular season record using a school not used in Alums I

- Defensive team receiving the most turnovers (INTs and fumbles combined). Regular season.

- Offensive team with most rushing touchdowns in regular season.

Winners will be awarded credits to purchase 2 more future teams. 1 award per owner.
