I'd like to invite people to utilize proxy picks. They are very helpful if your pick is coming up. The best times to use them are when you go to sleep early and send a proxy to people so the late night pickers can continue going. Also, if you are a west coast person or don't wake up early, you can send a proxy before you go to sleep so early morning pickers can keep going in the morning.
Additionally , a proxy is helpful so that we can keep things moving in general.. Even if you can only think of 1 name, thats fine but usually a 3 to 4 name proxy works best. The effort of using a proxy really goes a long way to earning trust points with the other users.

and if they are using the discord message board, the dm feature there is very straightforward, so communicating is quick and easy.
