Recently he passed away at age 86. This guy was the picture of integrity. and he won several world Championships in karate, and Kick boxing.. What impresses me the most, is that he was about even in the win - loss for the first 2-3 years. He trained 3 to even five hours a day.. in his prime.

In his 70's, he trained 4-5 times a week for 3-4 hours per workout.

Try to go 4 x 3 min rounds on that heavy bag. It's very tiring..

Despite his fame and success in competition, and the movie industry, he was a very humble man, soft spoken and he lived his faith to the max. He never boasted of himself. So we lost a role model

This league is dedicated to him.

Chuck, and Walt Tkzachuk is ok too. (Sorry, still can't spell it. but you know the guy I mean) You can drop one chuk if you craft a goalie named Norris.. he will likely be a spare, cuz 85.7% doesn't usually get er' done
