The reason that I'm so keen on seeing my players' fatigue levels on each play during games is because I have Peyton Manning with a 66 INT rating and an actual NFL interception percentage of only 2%, yet he is throwing interceptions at a much higher rate.
In the preseason he threw interceptions on 5% of his pass attempts and in the first half of today's Game # 1, his interception percentage is 7%.
I know that there could be other factors at play, but I suspect that the largest factor in throwing a higher rate of interceptions is QB fatigue. In order to suss this out, I really need to know what his fatigue level has been when attempting these passes.
