1. Minimum Win Rule
In the mauer league there is a Minimum win rule of 58 wins. If you don't make the MWR of 58 wins, you are capped the following season in your prospect budget line of 10 million as a penalty. If you go over the 10 million cap, you will be removed from the world. This rule is in place to prevent tanking and to keep the world competitive.
2. Minor Leagues
Minor League teams should have enough players to field a competitive roster, and not have pitching staffs that are at 0%. This takes the fun out of the game even though it is the minor league level, and by having your batters facing pitchers with 0% you don't get a good feel of how your prospects are performing.
