So this is different ( I think)

sitting in my hotel room on this last day of winter, it's 106 degrees outside, (really). My 11 year old grandson will be playing a double header soon and my wife of 41 years is yelling at me like I'm in charge of the weather.
so I thought up this crazy league.
lets go with between 16-30 teams, whichever comes first!

All position players cannot have a slugging % of over .350.
All position players cannot have an OBP of over .275
All pitchers cannot have an OAV under .300
All pitchers WHIP will be above 1.5 ( switched from 2.0)

No clones, WW, DH, trades
Yes to below average AA players
Max team salary will be 70 million
All teams play at Coors field
