In an effort to increase scoring and to make games a little more realistic, this is a tiered defenseman league. You can draft 1 defenseman with a d rating in each tier (90’s, 80’s, 70’s, 60’s, 50’s, and the rest in the 40’s). Forwards capped at 79, and Wayne and Mario are blacklisted. Goalies capped at 91.99% The rest:

• $111 cap
• ties allowed, no shootout
• no trades
• no clones
• below average ml’ers
• no ww
• never P.I.
• max out 4

Good idea for a league, Chuck. I’ll join. I first read that as TIRED defensemen league. LOL. It got me thinking about a league with eight injuries/suspensions and a defensemen limit of the equivalent of 20/82 game played and three+ PIMS per game average. Talk about high scoring! There would almost never be a defenseman on the ice
