I'm 95% in , i just need this kind of league explained to me , i know nothing about them. A run down on how a league like this works will clear up the missing 5%.

I shall give it a shot.
Everyone's team will be made up of exclusively minor league players, ALL of the players in the league will be top-of-the-line ml'ers, with the highest skill levels. When I told admin about my idea, I was careful to say there would be minimal work for them and that I would handle the heavy lifting. They presented the idea to the higher-ups, and they gave the go-ahead.
I am not exactly sure how everyone will get their players (possibly 5 centers for every team), followed by 5 RW's, 5 LW's, 7 D-men and 3 goalies, I suspect. That means I will receive 120 centers, all with great skill levels. I will transpose the names he sends me to the spreadsheet I have and I will send it to you. What you need to do is replace the 5 centers you get with the names of the players you have selected that fit your theme. You just need to cut and paste the 5 names into the spreadsheet.
If it works that way, you will do the same for the RW's I send you, etc.
Once I have your team name, it will appear in a column in the spreadsheet.
What you need to do right now is figure out what theme you want, come up with a team name that hopefully reflects your theme, and start making your player names. Hopefully, the rest will fall into place.
This will take a while, but I ran a similar league before and everyone enjoyed it, especially reading the game results.

I've selected my theme and the team name is HOME COUNTY HEROES. It is make up of former NHL players who were born in Essex County Ontario. This is where I was born and grew up. Player names such as Randy Manery, Bob Probert, Tim Kerr and Rick Kehoe just to name a few.

I considered several other themes that anyone else is welcome to use.

WHA ALL STARS- Bobby Hull, Gordie Howe, JC Tremblay, Marc Tardif, Andre Lacroix etc.

Rock&Roll Front Men- Robert Plant, David Bowie, Ozzy Osbourne, Steven Tyler, Mick Jagger etc.

Rock&Roll Axe Men- Keith Richards, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Pete Townsend etc.

Daytona Racers- Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, Jimmy Johnson, Denny Hamlin etc.

Thanks to gollum for this idea, it's gonna be different and fun!

I am hoping this will go for multiple seasons, but at the rate this is taking to fill, maybe not. Does that eliminate the remaining 5%.??? Let me know by noon EST. If you are, sitemail me your team name and your email.
