We all know what impacts prospect development. What impacts coach development? Is it random? You could have two identical coaches starting in rookie ball, one guy gets +4s and 5s, the other only +3s. It’s one part of this game I’ve never been able to figure out.

I think it's just by season, with rating improvement rate based on the starting point.

I did too, but I did some AB testing - same level, experince and rating - and some guys just develop better. I wonder if it’s a hidden rating
