They trade guys like Jake Arrieta and Curt Schilling for bags of magic beans (aka Scott Feldman and an aging Glenn Davis) and let guys like Kevin Brown walk away in Free Agency.

Hard to believe now that for the first quarter of the 20th century, the Browns were the favorite team in St. Louis. Once the Cardinals won the World Series in 1926 and then reeled off a few more in the coming years, the Browns were nothing but an afterthought.
