I definitely wouldn't have minded a pick in the back 4 of this rd cause I think the ability to pair teams there is going to make those teams really tough to deal with. Guess I will do as I did in the franchise version of the drafts and zag (no Ruth/Gehrig), while most zig (Ruth)

i didn't mind the first pick for the sox because i thought it was clear that the last pick needed to be from A or E (most depth, last pick would still contain useful pieces). i hated the early pick for the cubs.

Fun fact:

1910 Hippo Vaughn finished 4th in ERA in the other Yankees draft. (Ford finished 2nd behind '04 Chesbro and barely ahead of '78 Guidry). Sadly, you can't take both Ford and Vaughn. My guys, '43 Chandler and '43 Wensloff finished 5th and 6th.
