has anyone else had this happen. i have 9 leagues (currently) and for 4 out of the last 5 sessions. I win 3 and lose 6. it is uncanny, and makes me have some questions about how uncanny it is.

and another 3-6. i mean i am close to quitting this site because this just seems too much to be not planned

Could just be the true talent level of your teams (roughly .400 W%, which would lend itself to that outcome more often than not). It’s also rare, but not out of line by any means for randomness for teams at .500 true talent level to go 3-6 in 5 out 6 sessions.

If your teams are tue talent .500 teams thats about a 1:51,000 occurrence. Rare, but within the realm of possibility here. If true talent .400 teams, that’s about 1:4,000, a somewhat likely occurrence here.

*Edit: my math was wrong, see profcake below

thanks, some of them are bums, but some are 135 million teams. not exactly bums, but it is just frustrating. it's like i don't need to look i know it will be 3-6 only the teams winning/losing change

I got slightly different results just4me, please correct me if I am wrong. For a true .400 team, the chance of winning 3 of 9 games is 9C3*(.4)^3*(.6)^6=~0.25. Winning 3 of 9 games in 5 of 6 sets would be 6C5*(.25)^5*(.75)^1=~0.00446, or about 1:250.

Had Moneyball on the TV in the background the other day. A 103-59 team had a 5-14 stretch along with their famous W20. The chances of a 103-59 to go 5-14 over 19 games is =~0.00087. The chances for them winning 20 in row=~0.00012. Both of those happened in real life. Your chances are quite a bit higher than either of these two. Anyways, I can say that the site is not trying to send certain results to owners. Humans like to see patterns, this is just a short term pattern.

You’re correct, I think I did 6/6 instead of 5/6 while trying to get sick kids to go to bed. In any case, it’s not too uncommon here with how many games are played.

fair play and thanks for the answer. i am not a conspiracy kind of guy, but it was getting odd. at least to my dumb ***. thanks for the answer

and another 3-6

how exactly would that coding work? Who would be targeted by such coding? And wouldn't that mean other players are benefitting from some type of coding bias?
6/23/2026 7:26 PM
i didn't mention coding bias. i was just seeing the pattern. i doubt the SIM is picking on me. i mean i am awful at this game, so it would be like picking on the fat kid at recess. :)

Streaks are built into the game. Every team has them,and a lot of them. It's fairly distributed, but it happen. Even to Skunk.;

this isn't a streak, it is a pattern.. not the same
6/29/2026 7:09 PM
and now it's moved to 3-8, 3-8, 3-8..
6/30/2026 8:44 AM
stcyr007, the site isn't rigged against you. you're looking for conspiracies where none exist. i would advise making sincere attempts to improve your roster construction and roster management rather than this.
6/30/2026 9:32 AM
never said it was, my question, if you had bothered to read it, was does this happen to other people on the regular. i will take your "advice" for what is it worth, which is well.... nothing.. thanks for stopping by.
