When we reach 12 teams confirmed for FD III, all 20 remaining teams not a keeper or claimed will be immediately available for 48 hours.

Essentially, the 48 hour interim period before the run on 2nd teams—is there for possible reclaims or new claims on a 1st team. The difference being new owners to FD (or returning owners without a team) could take any team as the trades/keepers period has expired. We would add all teams not claimed or kept to the available list for FD III.

Once the 48 hours is exhausted, we would open the 2nd team claims and any first team claims to reach 24 teams.

Just trying something new to maybe create some new possibilities and speed up the franchise selection process. Worth a try. We had a tremendous start the last couple days. And owners are more familiar with this theme after 2 seasons.

Sounds good, I will drop the defending champion Rams and I will claim the Cowboys.
