It's complete bullshit that I no longer 2 FREE teams for winning a finals. It's ******* bullshit that I can only use credits for half of a purchase. Are you literally trying to drive away customers? Because that's what you are doing by taking away perks for winning. It's a clear signal that you are greedy and don't care about customers. Look at what is happening to Wendy's and so many more similar companies. They are raising prices and lowering quality at the same time. Their food now sucks and is expensive Customers realize it and hate it. WIS had done nothing whatsoever to improve the product in the 14ish years I've been playing except for 2 minor upgrades to the NBS SIM interface. One was unasked for- while ignoring the hundreds of things across the board that have been requested.
I won a NFL final- and was happy bc I want to add 1 team at least. Now I see I still have to pay for it. I had like 13,000 reward points and was surprised every option in the store was removed other than $ credits. I had $5 in credits already & used reward points for $35 more. I have $40 in credits. Just enough for a NFL 6 pack.. But no, I have to pay half for it... It's a greedy ***** move. It ****** me off.
