A question about the rule against clones . . .

If a player actually played kicker or punter and also played a skill position - as was the case for numerous punters/kickers back in the day - can you roster that player twice, once at the skill position and again at either kicker or punter, or does that violate the rule against clones?

So, that would violate the rule against clones, correct? Just wanna make sure that I am reading your response correctly.

specifically no 1 player listed twice on a roster. That is the simple rule for FD.

Got it. Thanks for the clarification. I'm looking at possible options for a second franchise to help get us to 24 teams and get the season started.

Pick a bad one. I don't like when good owners pick good teams. It makes me nervous. LOL! I'm sure your Rams team will be tough to beat already.
