The 12 teams that missed the playoffs are all in the lottery. 100 lottery balls. Odds are as follows: 25,20,15,12,9,7,5,3,1,1,1,1. Top three spots are filled with the lottery, then inverse record of finish. Draft will start this weekend. Still games left to play so records are not finalized.
