Standard WIS OL Format: 6 divisions of 4 teams each, interleague play, WC in both leagues

This season we will drop the SIX worst teams (by RL winning percentage) and the divisions will be realigned according to the winning percentage the teams had that year. We will consider expansion in the future. By a 2/3 vote Colorado has been permanently banned from being in the rotation. Impossible to compete with a crap pitching staff.

This is a standard twist league, which means you can use anyone who played for your team that season according to baseeball-Reference.com. You can use any season of their career as long as they made at least one appearance for your team in the season we're twisting from. You can use any player from the WIS database under $250K to fill out your roster.
