Attention commissioners. Doubleday just rolled for season 67 and needs some help. We have 10 openings and need a commissioner as our previous one stepped away from the game due to personal reasons. Would anyone like to step into this role?

What are the duties of a World commissioner ?

I think Hardball Dynasty is the best product, that WIS offers across all of their sports.

Mostly keep the peace, kick inactive owners and recruit new owners if needed at the end of the season. Some set rules in newer worlds, I think. Someone with experience can add more I guess.
