Season Turnover Topic

The scheduling surrounding season turnover should be designed. Everything seems to be very dragged out. But then you have a pressing problem is having less than 24 hours to schedule your first exhibition game. There are other issues, but I will just mention this one for now.

At D1 it feels super slow. Almost all the Late signings occur the first day, then you just sit there for days. Then, there's a seemingly unnecessary extra day for more new coach signups in which no one signs up and existing coaches can't yet schedule exhibitions. WIS is throwing money away with it.

Yeah, if anything, I feel like it takes forever to get going again.

My season started 12/19(actually 12/20). I've had nothing to do since 1/21 and RS2 starts on 2/2. 12 days(and I won a conference tourney game) equates to 25% down time.

last time this was brought up, i was kind of just told to get another team by the userbase...but i don't want another team. when my teams are running at the same time, it's too much for me to keep track of. i would just prefer a couple empty or very slow days get trimmed from the existing world schedule. and this would be profitable for WIS...

Agree 100%. IT is SOOOOO slow if you aren't making a deep run into the NT/PT. If you don't need to recruit the 2nd session, then 1/3 of your time is just waiting.

I agree on scheduling exhibition games.

Speed it up two days.

An easy partial fix would be to allow scheduling to begin when the new coaches signup begins.

For some of us...the break relieves game burnout
