There doesn't seem to be a valid reason why the scheduling of non-conference games for next season has to end when it currently does. If you switch jobs during the job change period, you have zero options to set your NC schedule for your first season with your new team. That shouldn't be.

Here's my suggestion:

1) Extend the NC scheduling to run through the end of Recruiting Session 2.

2) If a human coach extends a NC game request to a SIMAI school before the job change period, the request does not get automatically accepted. Instead, it will stay pending, just as if it had been extended to a human coach. If at the end of the job change period, the target school is still SIMAI, then the NC request gets automatically accepted. But if a human coach has since taken over, he has the option to decline. This would give the new human coach an opportunity to set his own NC schedule for next season without having been locked in to games he may not have wanted.

3) NC slots that are still unfilled at the end of RS2 will get automatically and randomly filled, just as they are today.
