Seven months ago, I started a 2-round tournament where 48 of the top sim owners each submitted their best $100 million roster. The top 50% of round 1 teams in round 1 advanced to round 2. Round 2 is now coming to a close. The two #1 seeds (justinlee_24 and d_rock97) are facing off in the World Series. These two teams combined for 200 wins in round 2 and the two teams also had the two best Expected Winning% in the league (i.e., they weren't just lucky). Regardless of who wins the World Series, my long-term goal was to use these two rosters in a new theme that I am calling, "Same Roster Challenge".

This theme will show who can best manage a very good and realistic $100 million roster. This theme will also show you how much luck there is involved in this game, as I won't be surprised if somebody ends up 70-92 while another person with the exact same roster, ends up 92-70.

Also, you must play in the same ballpark that each person played in. (justinlee_24 plays in Petco Park, d_rock97 plays in Municipal Stadium). See below for the two rosters.

Anyway, when you sign up, you much choose which roster to play. If you choose justinlee_24's roster, then you will play in the National League. If you choose d_rock97's roster, you will play in the A.L. Ironically, the two rosters are almost entirely different (both have the same '06 Chris Sampson, and both have '02 Bill Bernhard, albeit different versions).

I have triple checked and I have all seasons correct but at least 1 season must be wrong ? Unless the team was actually over the cap

OK I located the errors CJosh Bard had 4 seasons available for 2006 and P Jesse Chavez had 4 seasons available for 2018.

I had loaded the wrong seasons for both players. After correcting those errors, I have the correct total of $99,986,422 for total salaries.
