Upper Deck needs 2 owners to get rolling. Always a fast rollover. A drama free league. Please reach out to dflom2008 for password. World Rules: 1.) The minimum win rule (MWR). Each team must hit the outlined win % benchmark in order to keep their team. Win % requirement for 1 season: >.320 (52 wins); 2 consecutive seasons: > .360 (117 w); 3 consecutive seasons: > .375 (183 w). Owners in violation of this rule will be automatically expelled from the world. However, "long term owners in good standing" - defined as owners who have been in the world and MWR compliant for at least the three seasons prior to MWR noncompliance - will be permitted remain in the league on a probationary basis, provided that, at a minimum, they re-establish single-season MWR compliance the following season. The probationary period:
- can last up to three seasons, but will expire as soon as the owner re-establishes 1-, 2-, and 3-year MWR compliance,
- will include the forfeiture of any Top 8 draft pick, and
- will induce a cap limit of $1 million on any individual IFA, until 3-year MWR compliance is met to further discourage tanking and to prevent the stockpiling of top prospects. The team may sign any first round draft pick from 9-32 or any IFA for a bonus of $1 million or less even while on probation. Combined, these stipulations incentivize a more rapid improvement for the club. Once 3-year MWR compliance is met, the team is off of probation.
If any of these stipulations are violated (minimum-win violations or prospect violations), the owner will automatically be expelled from the world. Additionally, this period will only be available to long-term owners once. Any future violation will result in automatic expulsion.
