This is a six-league tournament to determine who the best no restrictions owners are on the site, while having fun. No restrictions style leagues are a good test of an owner's understanding of the sim (rather than how well they can research a particular theme). These will unequivocally be the most competitive no restrictions league in the history of WIS. Trash talk is encouraged.

I am contributing $200 to the prize pot, and encourage (but will not require) other owners to contribute what they can as well to raise the stakes.

Currently, the prize pot is up to $1,213 in total and may rise further. More info on prizes below.

Each league will have a different salary cap:

• 60M
• 90M
• 120M
• 150M
• 180M
• 255M

And restrictions are minimal for all leagues:

• AAA: No
• DH: No
• WW: No
• Trades: No
• Injuries: Off
• Stadium: Any
• Clones: Allowed
• No other restrictions of any kind

We will track results across all six leagues. The 8 owners who accumulate the most points will receive prizes. Exact prize amounts will be set once we have 24 owners signed up and we know how large the final prize pot will be, but you can safely assume that doing better = a larger prize.

Here is the scoring system:

• 1 point per regular season win
• 5 points for making the playoffs
• 1 point per postseason win
• 10 points for winning the World Series

Tiebreakers will be 1) aggregate run differential, followed by 2) regular season wins, followed by 3) # of WS won.

Great! Yes, reward points are fine. That's what it seems like most folks are doing (likely myself included). I'll provide instructions on that once we're full

Looks like I haven't played $60M since the 2018 Bare Bones tournament that had leagues at $60M, $100M, $120M, $140M, $180M, and $255M.

I haven't played at $90M since the 2020 WIS Championship.

Same here. Haven’t done many leagues under 100M in a long time. I’ve got 4 of the teams built and ready to go once the league numbers are up. 60M and 120M are my last two.

Pretty sure I've never played in a 255M league and it's been a few years since playing at 180M.

Not planning on winning any money , but i enjoy making teams. So would enjoy joining this tournament,,,Thanks

I’m planning on getting my butt kicked. But should be a fun competition. I’d like to be over .500 total record in all the leagues. I’d feel good about that.
