Make your favorite franchise better by stealing some free agents!

1. When you sign up please select your franchise, choose two players to protect, and three players to steal from the team selected prior to yours.
2. When making your selection you cannot select the same franchise as the one prior to yours and you must declare your protected players and free agent steals immediately. In fairness to all, those 5 named players need to occur upon franchise announcement and CANNOT be changed once the next team has been announced.
3. The first team in the league will select from the last team selected. The last team selected cannot be the same as the first team.
4. Each owner will then build their team using only player seasons with their selected franchise, no twisting, and the three selected free agents from their franchise, no twisting. You must roster your 2 protected players and the 3 free agents you selected. You cannot roster the 3 free agents you lost.

• NO AAA
• NO Trades
• NO Clones
• NO Injuries
• ANY stadium (does not have to be your team's home park)
• Alignment = order of sign-ups
• A "franchise" includes all iterations of a team as per Baseball Reference
• Franchises cannot be selected more than twice
• An owner can have two teams in the league but must wait until after 12 have been selected to pick another

I should have saved Reiser... I saved Turner to lock in my SS, but I could have used D range Seager if Turner was stolen (Turner is great cheap MIF option in this format I feel like. If a team was a cheap SS/2B away- they would steal Trea IMO). Coulda woulda shoulda. Sheckard is the inferior backup plan. I probably would have gone w Brouthers over Freeman anyway, but maybe not... I chose Mays bc he's actually a good 1/2 hitter (which I needed) at this cap (on paper anyway, I've never used him).. I would have loved to play him in a corner OF position w Reiser in CF, but he'll do as CFer.
