So am I reading this correctly, our rewards points will only be used for 50% of purchases even if we have enough to pay for a complete season after 3/24?

Separately, we want to give everyone a heads-up on an account policy update.
Beginning March 24 at 11:59 PM ET, purchases on WhatIfSports will be able to use credits for up to 50% of the purchase price, with the remaining amount paid using standard payment methods.

For most users this will not change anything - the vast majority of purchases already fall within that range. If you currently have a larger credit balance, you’ll have the next two weeks to use credits normally before the update takes effect.
Importantly, existing credits are not being removed and the credit earning structure will remain the same. This change simply updates how credits can be applied to purchases as we continue modernizing the platform and investing in new improvements like the SimLeague Baseball mobile app.

Hmm, either the platform owner(s) are hemorrhaging money and trying to squeeze what they can, or this is standard practice. Either way, there's an ad every other button or function.

I read it the same way you did and purchased some full seasons before the reward points become devalued.

Here's a thought....make the SIM Baseball clients foot the bill for updating THEIR game. Why should we "suffer" when the last time GD saw a true improvement/update was back when Noah was cutting logs?!?!?! I'm sure the vast majory of GD players would be ok with such a change if GD were being updated.

The new system has us buying seasons for up to 50% reward points and not less than 50% cash, right? And "For most users this will not change anything - the vast majority of purchases already fall within that range." This implies that we can already pay for new seasons with 50% points and 50% cash. How do we do that? That's a new one on me.
