If you have not tried the WIS draft mod, this is an easy way to get experience with this feature, because it is easy to use but we will happily help you learn it!. Just join, or reply below, or message me!
We've managed to draft quickly each time, and we are eager to do the next one!
THM76952 is the code for the 197 draft. I am setting up these drafts a during the prior season, not waiting for the season to end. This is the 6th season.
This league is a LOT of fun!
If you have not yet drafted using the WIS feature, this is a great chance to try it. I am happy to answer any questions as we draft, but everyone finds it eary to learn.
The draft will include all 1974 players, but once any version of a speciifc player is taken (combined or partial seasons), other versions are removed from the pool.
We completed the 1969 draft in under a week, and after 90 games every division was still competitive, and no one was more than 16 games out. Everyone was competitive in 1970 after 109 games. All but 3 teams are within 6 so we will have a bunch of exciting pennant races.
Using the WIS draft module, you will know your EXACT draft windows in advance. They are from 11am-9pm eastern. If you miss a slot, you can pick anytime - but every few minutes another player has the ability to slip ahead of you.
This league is progressive in this way - before we finish the 1974 season, I will do another draft for the 1975 players. No keepers from 1974 for that, but most players in one were in both.
WIS has it set up assuming the draft begins on August17 (assuming we are full of course). It is available to register today!
