Is it possible to trade players?

Hello everyone I’m Talonino first time coach. After recruiting the initial 6 players and seeing how poorly a new team is I was wondering if it is possible to trade\swap players and maybe give money in exchange so I can add\recruit 1 or 2 more players for better impact?

No trades, best option is to ask if owners in your world will take a player or two off your roster during the transfer window to give you room to bring in better talent.

Usually, there will be a couple of people who will be willing to take one of your terrible players off your hands. You shouldn't need additional money. Signing any half-decent 18 year old (to a 2-year deal that you'll extend next season) shouldn't cost too much more than the transferred player you lost to open up the slot. Most of your cash for this season should go into stadium expansion and not really player salary.
